If the air pump does not power on, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Check the Battery Charge

Connect the pump to the charger and confirm the charging indicator appears.

Allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes.

Try powering on the pump again.
2. Check the Power Button

Make sure to press and hold the power button (not just tap it).

Hold for 2–3 seconds until the display lights up.
3. Reset the Pump

If the pump remains unresponsive, leave it charging overnight.

Disconnect and reconnect the USB‑C charging cable, then try again.
4. Inspect for Physical Damage

Check the USB‑C port for any dust, debris, or visible damage.

Inspect the charging cable for wear or fraying.
-
Try using a different charger (45 W PD recommended) to confirm power delivery.
