I. Screen Cleaning Guidelines

The screen is suitable for normal dry cleaning.

If stubborn stains cannot be removed, please contact us to purchase a replacement screen.

II. Air Column Cleaning Guidelines

1. Routine Cleaning (Applicable for surface dust and light stains)

First, wipe off surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. If there are stains, dilute a neutral detergent (such as dishwashing liquid). Dip a sponge or soft cloth into the solution and wipe gently; avoid scrubbing vigorously to prevent damaging the surface coating. After wiping, use a cloth dampened with clean water to remove any residual foam. Finally, dry with a dry cloth or allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not expose to direct sunlight.

2. Deep Cleaning (Applicable for stubborn stains and mold/mildew)

For stubborn stains, alcohol may be used; if available, toluene can be used. Apply the solvent to a cloth and wipe the stained area. Afterwards, wipe the area thoroughly with clean water to prevent chemical residues from corroding the air column material. Ensure the material is completely dry after cleaning before inflating and storing.
