What should I do if the P1i application crashes?

If an application crashes or stops responding on your projector, please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Clear app data steps: Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > Tap app name > Tap Force stop > Tap Clear data.

2. Uninstall app updates steps: Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > Tap app name > Uninstall updates.

3. If the first two steps fail to resolve the issue, perform a factory reset by navigating to Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory Reset.
