LCD projectors typically have lower overall brightness than DLP or multi-LCD projectors due to their lower light transmission efficiency, as light must pass through the liquid crystal panel. With a brightness of 400 lumens, the P1i is better suited for use in dimly lit or completely dark environments.
When projecting a 120" image, use in a completely dark environment is recommended;
- For a 100" projection, use in dimly lit environments with minimal ambient light;
- For an 80" projection, use during twilight hours or in rooms with soft indoor lighting.
- For brighter, clearer images, project onto smooth white walls or use with a white projection screen.
