What should I do if the Nebula P1 firmware update fails?

Thank you for supporting our product. 

 

1. Try a Wi-Fi network or cellular hotspot with a stronger signal.

2. To update the system version, go to all settings > system > about > system update.

- The device will reboot during this time.

- There may be a 2–3 minute system delay after the update and reboot.

3. To update the speaker version, go to all settings > Remotes & Accessories > Speaker L/R > Accessory update.

- The whole upgrade process will take about 25 minutes.

4. To update the remote control version, go to all Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Nebula Remote > Remote Update.

- If you are unable to receive the above update, please retry.

 

If after retrying you are still unable to receive the update, you will need to provide your SN (Serial Number).

To view the SN, go to all Settings > System > About > Status > Serial Number.
