After that, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Register" button to upload the proof of purchase for your device.

2. Submit the proof of purchase for your projector.

3. Obtain a warranty authorization for your device (My Devices > Warranty Authorization).

4. Click the "Request" button to request a return or exchange.

5. Submit your warranty reason and leave your contact information.

6. You will receive one-on-one service from our customer service team.
