2. Submit the proof of purchase for your projector.
3. Obtain a warranty authorization for your device (My Devices &gt; Warranty Authorization).
4. Click the &quot;Request&quot; button to request a return or exchange.
5. Submit your warranty reason and leave your contact information.
6. You will receive one-on-one service from our customer service team.
