You can use the Chrome browser to transfer videos from your Windows PC to a projector. 

1. Make sure your Windows PC and the projector are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. You can also use a cell phone hotspot.

2. Open Chrome on your Windows PC. In the upper right corner of Chrome, go to More > Projection.

3. Select the device on which you want to view the content, and then view it on the projector.

You can also use screen projection software to mirror videos from your Windows PC to the projector.

1. Connect your Windows PC and the projector to the same network.

2. Download screen casting software, such as EZCast, on your Windows PC and projector.

3. Open the screen casting software, and then click the casting icon in the upper right corner to cast to the projector.
