Why can't I get a proper visual display when I play a Prime Video movie through voice search, and there is sound but no picture?

In the meantime, if you encounter audio problems while watching a video, a temporary workaround is to press play, then pause for about 5–10 seconds before resuming playback. This should help restore normal audio.
