What Should I Do if My Projector is Unable to Connect to the Nebula Connect App?

If you fail to connect the Nebula Connect app to your projector, please try the following steps:
 

1. Uninstall the Nebula Connect app.

2. Make sure to update the firmware on your Nebula.

to the latest firmware update via Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update or Settings > Upgrade.

3. Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone to clear the pairing record with "Nebula-xxxxxx".

4. Restart the phone.

5. Reinstall the Nebula Connect app to connect to it again.

6. Try another phone if possible.

7. Reset your Nebula by going to Settings > Device Preferences > Reset or Settings > (General) > About > Recovery and try connecting to it again.

 

Note: If you're using the Nebula Connect app on an Android phone to connect to the Capsule II projector, you will need to connect them on the same network.
