Thank you for your support of our products. Regarding the problem of not turning on or not charging, try the following steps to see if they help:
1. Check whether the charging indicator light is on. If the light is off, make sure that the power strip is powered on normally. Try to re-plug the power cord, and after the red indicator light turns on, wait for 3 seconds and then press the power button to try to turn on the projector.
2. If the light is on, it means the projector is connected to a power source. If it still cannot be turned on, please contact customer service.
Note: After powering on, the power button needs to wait for about 2 seconds before responding.
