1. Check whether the charging indicator light is on. If the light is off, try using another power adapter.

2. If the light is on, keep the power adapter plugged in for more than an hour, and then power on the projector.

3.For Capsule 3 Laser ATV: Go to Settings > Device Preferences > About > Factory Reset.

For Capsule 3 Laser GTV: Go to Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory reset

4. If the battery is fully depleted, charge the device for 15-30 mins to see if it will light on

5. When using the power button on the device to turn on the device, please press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds. The power light will turn blue after the device is turned on.
