What if the USB Drive Cannot Be Recognized by My Nebula Projector (Android System)?

Nebula projectors running the Android operating system (refer to this article for OS version ) can support playing videos stored on a USB flash drive in FAT32 format. If your USB flash drive fails to play videos, please check if the following steps can fix the issue:

  • Check whether the format of the USB flash drive connected to your Nebula is FAT32 or NTFS or exFAT
  • Try using another USB flash drive in FAT32 format
  • Try playing different videos in different video formats
  • Reset the projector by going Settings > About > Recovery
  • Make sure the adapter (if it is used) is working well
Note: The adapter for the Capsule series: Micro USB to Type-A; Astro: Type-C to Type-A.

If this issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
