What if Updating Firmware Fails on Android Projector?

Due to network or software issues, your Nebula projector's firmware may not be updated successfully. If you have a Nebula projector which is running Android system like Mars II, Mars II Pro, Capsule, Capsule Max, Apollo or Astro, and the firmware fails to update, please follow the troubleshooting tips listed below.

 

1. Connect your Nebula projector to another network (another WiFi network or the hotspot on your phone) to update the firmware.

2. Make sure the date and time on your Nebula is up to date by selecting Settings > General > Date&Time.

3. Reset the projector by going to Settings > (General) > About > Recovery.
