What if My Nebula Projector Running Android System is Unable to Connect to the Nebula Connect App?

If your Nebula projector running Android system (like Mars II, Mars II Pro, Capsule, Capsule Max, Apollo or Astro) is unable to connect to the Nebula connect App, please try the following steps:

1. Uninstall the Nebula Connect app.

2. Keep the firmware of your Nebula projector up to date by going to Settings > Upgrade.

3. Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone and clear the pairing record with "Nebula-xxxxxx".

4. Restart your phone; try a different phone if possible.

5. Reinstall the Nebula Connect app and connect to it again.

6. Reset your Nebula by going to Settings > General > About > Recovery and try connecting to it again.

If this issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
