What Should I Do if My Projector Image is Blurry (Manual Focus)?
Nebula Apollo, Capsule, and Astro support manual focus and come with a focus wheel on the side. If the projected image is blurry, please try the following steps:
Adjust the focus manually by slowly spinning the focus wheel located on the side of the projector.
Update your Nebula projector to the latest firmware version by going to Settings > Upgrade > Check Update.
Reset the projector by going to Settings > General > About > Recovery.
If the projector image is still blurry, please contact us and include a short video depicting what happens when you slowly spin the focus wheel and mention that you tried the recommended steps. This will help us find a solution for you much faster.
