What Should I Do if My Projector Image is Blurry (Manual Focus)?

Nebula Apollo, Capsule, and Astro support manual focus and come with a focus wheel on the side. If the projected image is blurry, please try the following steps:

  1. Adjust the focus manually by slowly spinning the focus wheel located on the side of the projector.
  2. Update your Nebula projector to the latest firmware version by going to Settings > Upgrade > Check Update.
  3. Reset the projector by going to Settings > General > About > Recovery.

If the projector image is still blurry, please contact us and include a short video depicting what happens when you slowly spin the focus wheel and mention that you tried the recommended steps. This will help us find a solution for you much faster.
