What Should I Do if My Projected Image is Blurry (Autofocus - Android System)?
Nebula projectors' autofocus feature ensures that the projected image is as sharp as possible without manually adjusting the projector's focus.
For Android Nebula projectors with the autofocus feature (Mars II, Mars II Pro, or Capsule Max), if the projected image is blurry, please try the following steps:
- Turn on Autofocus by selecting Settings > Projector > Auto Focus Correction
- Slightly move the device or press and hold the "menu" button for 2-3 seconds to trigger the autofocus mechanism. If necessary, you can press the volume +/- buttons to manually adjust the focus when the autofocus symbol appears.
- Update your Nebula to the latest firmware version by going to Settings > Upgrade > Check Update.
- Reset the projector by going to Settings > General > About > Recovery.
If you still have a blurry image, please contact us and include a short video showing what happens when you adjust the focus and mention that you tried the recommended steps. This information will help us find a solution for you much faster.
