What Should I Do if My Nebula Projector is Unable to Connect to an External Speaker (Android System)?

An external speaker can be connected to the projector via Bluetooth and Aux cable. If your Nebula projector is Mars II, Mars II Pro, Capsule, Capsule Max, Apollo or Astro which is running Android system and you are experiencing issues connecting your Nebula projector to an external speaker, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update your projector to the latest firmware version by selecting Settings > Upgrade.
  2. Connect your Nebula to another Bluetooth speaker or headphones to verify whether it can be connected.
  3. Reset your projector by selecting Settings > General > About > Recovery and then try to connect them again.

If this issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
