If there are bright or colorful lines on your Nebula Mars II / Mars II Pro, perform a factory reset via the following steps:
Turn off Mars II / Mars II Pro, but keep the lens cover down.
Hold Volume Up on the projector and the Power button on the remote simultaneously for about 4 seconds. Wait until you see the Android robot logo appear.
Hold the Power button on the remote, then press Volume Up on the projector. Wait until you see the Android Recovery screen.
Press Volume Down to skip to the "Wipe data / Factory reset" option.
Press the Power button on the remote and choose, "Yes." The system will automatically go back to the Android Recovery screen after the factory reset finishes.
