What Should I Do If There Are Bright or Colorful Lines on My Nebula Mars II / Mars II Pro?
If there are bright or colorful lines on your Nebula Mars II / Mars II Pro, perform a factory reset via the following steps:
- Turn off Mars II / Mars II Pro, but keep the lens cover down.
- Hold Volume Up on the projector and the Power button on the remote simultaneously for about 4 seconds. Wait until you see the Android robot logo appear.
- Hold the Power button on the remote, then press Volume Up on the projector. Wait until you see the Android Recovery screen.
- Press Volume Down to skip to the "Wipe data / Factory reset" option.
- Press the Power button on the remote and choose, "Yes." The system will automatically go back to the Android Recovery screen after the factory reset finishes.
