If there are bright or colorful lines on your Nebula Capsule Max, perform a factory reset via the following steps:
- Restart Capsule Max.
- When the LED is off, hold the Bluetooth button for 8 seconds to enter the Android Recovery page.
- Select "Wipe data/Factory reset", then press the Power button to reset.
