What Should I Do If There Are Bright or Colorful Lines on My Nebula Capsule?

If there are bright or colorful lines on your Nebula Capsule, perform a factory reset via the following steps:

 
  1. When the projector is powered off, hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for about 4 seconds. Wait until the Nebula screen appears, followed by the Android robot logo.
  2. Hold the Power button, then press Volume Up. Wait until the Android Recovery screen appears.
  3. Press Volume Down to skip to the "Wipe data / Factory reset" option.
  4. Press Power and choose, "Yes." The system will automatically go back to the Android Recovery screen after the factory reset is done.

If you continue to see bright or colorful lines in your projector display, please contact Nebula customer service. Please include a photo or short video showing the issue and mention that you have tried the recommended steps. This will help us find a solution for you much faster.
