If there are bright or colorful lines on your Nebula Capsule, perform a factory reset via the following steps:
When the projector is powered off, hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for about 4 seconds. Wait until the Nebula screen appears, followed by the Android robot logo.
Hold the Power button, then press Volume Up. Wait until the Android Recovery screen appears.
Press Volume Down to skip to the "Wipe data / Factory reset" option.
Press Power and choose, "Yes." The system will automatically go back to the Android Recovery screen after the factory reset is done.
