If there are bright or colorful lines on your Nebula Astro, perform a factory reset via the following steps:

1. Turn off Astro.
2. Hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for about 4 seconds. Wait until you see the Android robot logo appear.
3. Hold the Power button, then quickly click Volume Up to enter the Android Recovery page.
4. Press Volume Down to skip to the "Wipe data / Factory reset" option.
5. Press the Power button and choose, "Yes." The system will go back to the Android Recovery screen after the factory reset finishes.
