If there are bright or colorful lines on your Nebula Apollo, perform a factory reset via the following steps:

1. Hold the Power button and Bluetooth button simultaneously for 2-8 seconds until you see the Android robot logo appear.
2. Hold the Power button, then quickly press Volume Up. Wait until the Android Recovery screen appears.
3. Press the Bluetooth button and choose, "Yes." The system will show the Android Recovery screen after the factory reset finishes.
