What Should I Do If My Nebula Mars II or Mars II Pro is Unable to Power On?

If the power adapter or charging cable of Mars II or Mars II Pro has a problem, or there is a software issue, the projector might be unable to power on.

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

  • Fully charge the projector with the power adapter.
  • Reset the unit by plugging a pin into the reset hole on the back of the projector when it's plugged in.
  • Slide down the lens cover with a little bit more force, but please do not slam the lens cover as it may potentially damage the projector.

If this issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
