What Should I Do If My Nebula Capsule Max is Unable to Power On?

If the power adapter or charging cable of Capsule Max has a problem, or there is a software issue, the projector might be unable to power on.I

 

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

 
  • Confirm if the LED indicator turns red when you plug the device in, and then later turns green after it is fully charged. If it does not, the power adapter may have a problem.
  • If the LED indicator lights up once the Capsule Max is plugged in, please hold the "power" button on the projector for 10 seconds to reset the device and verify if the issue can be resolved.
