• Make sure you turn on the Nebula Astro by pressing the "power" button on the projector for 3-5 seconds.
• Charge your Nebula Astro with the wall charger and cable and see if the indicator light on the projector lights up. If it does not light up, please try using another charger and cable to try it again.
• Hold down the "power" button on the Nebula Astro for 10 seconds to reset, and then press the "power" button for 3-5 seconds again.
