When using the "Parental Control" function on Nebula Astro, you must input the password correctly once Astro has entered Kids Mode. Otherwise, you'll have limited access to the projector.
If you forgot the password, try one of these methods:
1. Choose the "Forget Your Password" option and then use the code "NebulaD2400" to reset the password.
2. Choose the "Forget Your Password" option and then try the master code, which includes the serial number and Nebula (e.g.: XXXXXXXXXXXNebula). The serial number of your Astro can be found on a silver sticker on its packaging.
3. If both of those codes can't unlock your Astro, please factory reset the device. Follow these instructions:
- Power off Astro.
- Hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until you see the Android robot logo appear.
- Hold the "Power" button, then quickly press Volume Up to go to the Android Recovery page.
- Press the Volume Down button to skip to the "Wipe data / Factory reset" option.
- Press the "Power" button and choose, "Yes." The system will automatically go to the Android Recovery Screen after the factory reset finishes.
