The device didn't trigger the g-sensor when moved, but it activated the eye guard mode. What should I do?

Thank you for supporting our product. If your device is only moved slightly, the G-sensor may not be triggered, and the system may mistakenly interpret this as someone passing by, activating the eye guard reminder.

To dismiss the reminder, simply use your remote control to select "Cancel." Alternatively, you can move the projector slightly to trigger Keystone Correction, which will also clear the eye guard reminder.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. We are continuously working to improve our product, so please stay tuned for future updates.

For further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
