Spatial Recall – After-Sales Consultation

General Information:
The Spatial Recall feature takes into account several factors: screen size, projector position, Keystone Correction, wall color calibration, ambient light intensity, and objects within the projected area. If any of these factors change, it may result in a failed recall of the saved scene.

Q1: How to resolve Spatial Recall failure?

A: Thank you for choosing our flagship product. The Spatial Recall feature takes into account several factors, including projected image size, projector location, keystone correction settings, wall color calibration, ambient light conditions, and the presence of objects within the projection area. Variations in any of these factors can lead to issues with restoring the previously saved Spatial Recall scene.

If you experience a Spatial Recall failure, please ensure that the projector's position and angle are consistent with the original setup, and verify that there have been no changes to the projection wall or screen area. If any differences are detected, you may need to re-save the desired position at the new location to guarantee the best possible projection experience.

For further guidance, please consult the user manual or reach out to our customer support team.

Q2: Why is the recalled image size inconsistent across multiple recalls, and why might the image area be reduced (not exceeding 80%)?

A: Thank you for supporting our flagship product. To deliver an optimal viewing experience, our advanced algorithm continuously determines the best projection position in real time based on environmental factors such as wall area, projection pitch angle, projector distance, and ambient light intensity.

If the projected image shifts, it may not return to the exact original position after spatial recall. The system will do its best to restore as much of the previous projection area as possible, but only a partial restoration may be achievable due to changes in the environment. As a result, you may notice that the image size or placement can vary after each recall.

For additional guidance or troubleshooting, please consult the user manual or contact our customer support team.

Q3: Why is the optimal position different each time, even under identical scene conditions (sometimes with no overlap at all)?

A: Thank you for supporting our flagship product. To deliver the best viewing experience, our system algorithm dynamically calculates the optimal projection position in real time by evaluating environmental factors such as wall area, projection pitch angle, projector distance, and ambient light intensity. For instance, a more level device (smaller pitch angle) and a larger projection area will contribute to a higher score in the selection process.

When the scores for several potential positions are nearly identical, even minor changes in environmental conditions—like fluctuations in ambient lighting—may cause the system to select a different position. This means that any variation in your environment could impact the projected image’s placement.

If you are not satisfied with the automatically selected position, you can manually fine-tune the image size and placement using the Move & Zoom feature in the projector’s settings.

For further assistance or detailed instructions, please consult the user manual or contact our customer support team.

Q4: Why is the Spatial Recall successful but the image shape is irregular? (Right-angled trapezoid)

A: Thank you for supporting our flagship product. To ensure you enjoy the best possible experience, your projector automatically performs Keystone Correction based on its current placement and works to restore the previously saved screen layout as accurately as possible.

However, if the projector’s current placement is significantly different from the position when the scene was saved, the resulting image may appear distorted or irregularly shaped. For optimal results, we recommend adjusting the projector to closely match the original placement, or re-saving the current scene to fit your new setup.

If you need further assistance, please refer to the user manual or contact our customer support team.

Q5: After recalling, the image easily shifts left or right and the size becomes slightly larger.

A: Thank you for supporting our flagship product. To deliver the best possible projection experience, your projector takes into account its current placement, ambient light conditions, and the state of your wall or screen. It then applies real-time Keystone Correction when recalling a saved scene.

Because even small changes in your environment can influence the system, you might notice minor shifts in the image’s position or size after recalling a scene. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

For further assistance, please consult the user manual or contact our customer support team.
