Thank you for supporting our product. If your Apple TV remote is not controlling the projector volume, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart both your Apple TV and projector.

On your Apple TV, check the following settings:

Go to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Control TVs and Receivers and make sure this option is turned on.

Go to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Volume Control and set it to Auto.

On your projector, ensure that all CEC-related options are enabled:
Navigate to All Settings > Channels & Inputs > Inputs and enable all CEC settings. -
Check your HDMI connections:
If you are using HDMI2 (ARC), be aware that some protocol conflicts may prevent the Apple TV remote from controlling the projector volume through ARC. Try disconnecting any unnecessary devices or ensure only one ARC-compatible device is connected for audio output.
