How to Solve App Issues on an Android Projector

If you encounter any app issues on your Nebula projector which is running Android system like Mars II, Mars II Pro, Capsule, Capsule Max, Apollo or Astro, please try the following steps:

 

1. Update your Nebula to the latest firmware version by going to Settings > Upgrade.

 

2. Uninstall the app via App Manager on the home screen and reinstall it from the Nebula Manager app on the home screen.

 

3. Make sure the date and time on your Nebula projector is up to date by selecting Settings > General > Date&Time.

 

4. Connect your Nebula to another WiFi network or to your phone's hotspot.

 

5. Reset the projector by going to Settings > (General) > About > Recovery.
