A recovery can reboot your Nebula projector and it can clear all product settings, apps installed, and data stored on your product. If your projector cannot connect to WiFi or Bluetooth, or cannot connect to the Nebula Connect app, or there is an audio delay or no sound issue, please try to recover your device.
For Nebula projectors running Android system like Mars II, Mars II Pro, Capsule, Capsule Max, Apollo or Astro, please follow these steps to make the system recovery :
Note: This system recovery process erases all settings, apps installed, and data stored on your product.
1. Power on your product.
2. Select Settings > About > Recovery or Settings > General > About > Recovery to start the system recovery process.
In addition, for projectors like Mars, Mars II, and Mars II Pro, you can make the system recovery by inserting a pin into the reset hole on the back of the projector when it's plugged in.
