Q1: How do I save the optimal position?
A: Hello, thank you for supporting our flagship product. To set and save the preferred projection position using Spatial Adaptation, please follow these steps:
-
Go to Settings > Projector > Spatial Adaptation and adjust the screen position as desired.
-
Once satisfied with the adjustment, navigate to Settings > Projector > Spatial Recall > New Space to save your current setup.
If you want to manually adjust the screen size for a saved scene:
-
Use the Move & Zoom feature to manually fine-tune the screen size and position.
-
Go to Settings > Projector > Spatial Recall, select the relevant [Room Name], and click Update. The settings will then be updated to reflect your current screen configuration.

Q2: Why does the optimal position change each time?
A: Thank you for choosing our flagship product. To deliver the best possible viewing experience, our projector uses an intelligent algorithm that continuously evaluates your environment to determine the optimal projection position. Key factors include the size of your wall, the pitch angle of the projector, the distance to the projection surface, and the ambient light in the room. For example, positioning the device more level (with a smaller pitch angle) and projecting onto a larger area will contribute to a higher score when selecting the best position.
Because the system responds in real time, even subtle changes—such as a slight shift in ambient lighting—can influence which position is selected, especially when multiple positions score similarly. This means that any change in your environment may affect the results of Spatial Adaptation.
If you would prefer a different projection position, you can easily make manual adjustments using the Move & Zoom feature in the projector settings. This gives you complete control to achieve your ideal viewing experience.

Q3: Users may notice inconsistent screen sizes when using spatial adaptive mode, with the image area sometimes reduced (not exceeding 80%).
A: Thank you for choosing our flagship product. To ensure the best viewing experience, the Spatial Adaptation feature intelligently calculates and adjusts the optimal projection position in real time, taking into account various environmental factors such as the size of your wall, the projector’s pitch angle, distance to the projection surface, and ambient light conditions.
When your projection surface changes, environmental limitations may prevent the image from returning exactly to its original size. While the system will attempt to restore the previous projection area as closely as possible, full restoration may not always be achievable. As a result, you may notice that the projected image size can vary slightly each time Spatial Adaptation is applied.

Q4: After entering light sleep mode, pressing the remote control’s focus button initiates focusing; spatial adaptation ends and the device displays a new pattern for obstacle avoidance.
A: Thank you for supporting our flagship product. To deliver the best viewing experience, the system automatically enables Motion Detection and triggers Spatial Adaptation as soon as the projector wakes from standby. This ensures the projected image is optimized for your current environment.
If you press the remote’s focus button immediately after wake-up, the system will perform both Auto Focus and Auto Obstacle Avoidance, displaying a corresponding pattern during the process.
To avoid triggering multiple rounds of spatial adaptation, it’s best to wait until Spatial Adaptation is fully completed before making further adjustments. If you’re not satisfied with the result, you can always run Auto Focus again to fine-tune the image.
Q5: Why does pressing the remote’s focus button twice trigger two rounds of Spatial Adaptation?
A: Thank you for supporting our flagship product. For optimal focusing, pressing and holding the focus button on the remote will prompt the device to perform both Auto Focus and Spatial Adaptation twice in succession. However, to avoid multiple rounds of Spatial Adaptation, we recommend pressing the focus button just once and waiting for the adjustment process to finish. If further improvement is needed, simply press the focus button again.
Please note: If any device movement is detected during the adjustment, Spatial Adaptation will automatically be triggered to recalibrate the image.

Q6: Failure to avoid obstacles when ambient lighting is turned on, unable to find optimal position.
A: Thank you for supporting our flagship product. When ambient lighting conditions change, the projector automatically detects variations in object contrast within the projection area. Based on the current environment, it will adjust the image using Spatial Adaptation and activate Auto Obstacle Avoidance to enhance your viewing experience.
However, in strong lighting conditions, white objects within the projection area may blend into the background, making them difficult for the system to detect and recognize. To ensure optimal performance, we recommend lowering the ambient brightness or removing white objects from the projection area. This will help the projector deliver clearer images and a better overall viewing experience.
