Abnormal spots appear on the projector screen

Thank you for supporting our product.

This phenomenon may occur when displaying a pure white screen with a small aperture. It is caused by the tolerance of the DMD micro-mirror flip angle (17° ± 1°). Texas Instruments currently applies the same shipping standards for all projector manufacturers, and there is no available testing method capable of detecting this issue. Therefore, for the time being, there is no better solution.

You can try using a larger aperture to see whether the problem improves significantly.

If the solutions above do not solve your issue, please contact us for further assistance.
