What should I do if the autofocus of Projector does not work?

Projector's autofocus feature ensures that the projected image is as sharp as possible without the user having to manually adjust the projector's focus. If the autofocus does not work properly, please try the following tips to see if it helps. 

 

1.Please ask the customer to use the auto-focus button on the remote control to perform auto-focus. After the first focus is completed, the button needs to be pressed again within one minute to auto-focus again.

2.After the second focus is completed, a pop-up window will appear asking the customer to confirm whether the image is clear. If the image is clear, please select "OK". If the image is not clear, they should recalibrate again. .

3.Please ensure that there are no obstructions in front of thee projector

4. Place the projector on a flat and stable surface, such as a tableor stand.

5. Position the projector within 4 meters of the screen.

6. If the projector's brightness is low, try increasing it.

7. Ambient light can affect the image quality, so try turning off any surrounding lights

8. Restart the projector.

9. Please ensure that the machine is connected to the Internet.

10.If all else fails, please provide a focusing video so our technical team can analyze your issue.
