What should I do if my projector fails to pair with another device?

If you're experiencing difficulty pairing your Bluetooth device with Nebula projector, try the following steps:

1. Verify if Nebula projector is connected to multiple speakers or headphones. Disconnect or unpair other devices that are connected and attempt pairing again.

2. Unpair the device and restart it.

3. If the previous steps do not work, restart the Nebula projector and attempt pairing again.

4. If the Nebula projector still cannot pair, try pairing the device with your phone to determine if it works.

If this issue persists, please contact us with the related Bluetooth device information.  Additionally, please mention that you have already tried the listed steps to avoid being asked to repeat them by our team
