What if Updating Firmware Fails on Android TV Projector?

Due to network or software issues, your Nebula projector's firmware may not be updated successfully. If updating firmware fails on the Android TV projector like Capsule II, Prizm II Pro, Cosmos, Cosmos Max, Solar, Solar Portable or Vega Portable, please follow the troubleshooting tips listed below.

1. Connect your Nebula projector to another network (another WiFi network or the hotspot on your phone).

2. Make sure the date and time on your Nebula is up to date by selecting Settings > Device Preferences > Date&Time.

3. Change your projector's language to English if it uses another language.

4. Reset the projector by going to Setting > Device Preferences > Reset.

If the issue persists, please contact Support@seenebula.com for further assistance. Make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
