What if My Solar Projector Cannot be Charged Properly?

There are several reasons for this charging related issue, for example, the power adapter or the charging cable is not working; the charging port of the projector has a problem; the projector is over-discharged.

To resolve this issue, please try these steps:

1. Unplug the projector, and then replug it into another outlet.

2. Check if the power button turns red after the device is plugged in. If the light is off, try using another power adapter.

Note:

The charging indicator of Solar is the power button on the back of the projector. Here are what the LED colors mean:

Solid blue: Power on / operating in Projector mode; Bluetooth connected (Bluetooth Speaker mode);

Solid yellow: Standby in projector mode;

Off: Power off;

Flashing blue: Ready to pair / Bluetooth is pairing / Bluetooth disconnected (Bluetooth Speaker mode).

If this issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
