What happens to the Nebula X1 Pro if it suddenly rains while being used outdoors?

Thank you for supporting our product.

If there is sudden rainfall during outdoor use, please immediately withdraw the speakers and use the protective cover to cover the main unit, and move the equipment to a rain-free environment as soon as possible after withdrawing the legs.

The speakers are IP54 rated and the main unit is IP43 rated to withstand short periods of light rain; the protective cover is waterproof to a certain extent but is not suitable for prolonged periods of rain, so do not leave the unit in the rain for long periods of time.

If the unit has been wetted by rain, make sure the unit is completely dry before switching it on to avoid short circuits.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact Nebula Customer Support at service@soundcore.com  for further assistance.
