What Should I Do if the Projector Frequently Disconnects From the Router?
If the projector and router are often disconnected, the router may not be configured correctly.
- Enter the router configuration and turn on "Protected Management Frames." Some routers do not require PMF to be turned on under WPA3 encryption; you need to enter the router configuration to enable it manually.
- After the settings are changed, restart the router and reconnect the projector to the router.
- If the connection is still disconnected, turn off the IPv6 protocol on the router. It's possible that your router does not support IPv6 protocol.
