What Should I Do if the Projector Frequently Disconnects From the Router?

If the projector and router are often disconnected, the router may not be configured correctly.

  1. Enter the router configuration and turn on "Protected Management Frames." Some routers do not require PMF to be turned on under WPA3 encryption; you need to enter the router configuration to enable it manually.

  1. After the settings are changed, restart the router and reconnect the projector to the router.
  2. If the connection is still disconnected, turn off the IPv6 protocol on the router. It's possible that your router does not support IPv6 protocol.

If the above solutions cannot solve your issue, please contact Nebula Customer Support at support@seenebula.com for further assistance.
