What Should I Do if My Projector Image is Blurry?
Nebula projectors' autofocus feature ensures the projected image is as sharp as possible without manually adjusting the projector's focus.
For Android TV Nebula projectors with the autofocus feature, please try these steps to correct a blurry image:
- Activate Autofocus by selecting Settings > Projector Settings > Auto Focus Correction.
- Slightly move the device or press the focus button on the remote to trigger autofocus. If necessary, you can press the left and right buttons to manually adjust the focus when the autofocus symbol appears.
- Update your Nebula to the latest firmware version by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update.
- Update the Optical Engine Version to the latest version by selecting Settings > Projector Settings > Updated Version.
- Reset the Nebula by going to Settings > Device Preferences > Reset.
If you still have a blurry image, contact us and include a short video showing what happens when you adjust the focus and mention that you tried the recommended steps. This will help us find a solution for you much faster.
