What Should I Do If the Built-In Speaker Has Poor Sound Quality on My Nebula Projector with Android TV-Operating System?

For Nebula projector with Android TV-operating system, if you feel the sound from your projector's built-in speaker is poor, try the following steps:

 
  1. Play different videos in multiple installed streaming apps;
  2. Update your projector to the latest firmware by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update;
  3. Reset your projector by selecting Settings > Device Preferences > Reset and try the built-in speaker again.

  1. Your Nebula's current firmware version. You can check this by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > Firmware Version;
