What Should I Do If My Projector Image is Blurry (Capsule II)?

Nebula projectors' autofocus feature ensures the projected image is as sharp as possible without manually adjusting the focus.

If the projected image is blurry on Capsule II, please try the following steps:

  1. Activate Autofocus by going to Settings > Projector Settings > Auto Focus Correction.
  2. Press and hold the HDMI/ATV button on the remote to trigger autofocus.
  3. Slightly shake the projector to trigger autofocus.
  4. Update Capsule II to the latest firmware version by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System Update.
  5. Reset Capsule II by going to Settings > Device Preferences > Reset.

If you still see a blurry image from Capsule II, please contact us and include a short video showing what happens when you adjust the focus and mention you tried the recommended steps. This information will help us find a solution for you much faster.
