If the power adapter or charging cable of Nebula Solar Portable has a problem, or there is a software issue, the projector might be unable to power on.

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

• Press and hold the power button on the projector for about 12 seconds when Nebula Solar Portable is not plugged in, then plug in the Solar Portable and click the power button to turn it on.
• Confirm if the LED indicator on the power button turns red, blue, or green after the projector is plugged in. If it does not, the power adapter or the charging cable may be defective. If possible, use another PD charger and USB-C cable to try to power on the device again.
