What Should I Do If My Nebula Cosmos or Cosmos Max is Unable to Power On?

If the power adapter or charging cable of Cosmos or Cosmos Max has a problem, or there is a software issue, the projector might be unable to power on.

 

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

 

1. Unplug the projector and then replug it into another outlet.

2. If possible, factory reset the projector by following the steps given below to see if it helps:

- Single click the power button on the device.

- Immediately press and hold the power button until the Android page appears.

- Select the "wipe data/factory reset" option.
