What Should I Do If My Nebula Capsule II is Unable to Power On?

If the power adapter or charging cable of Capsule II has a problem, or there is a software issue, the projector might be unable to power on.

 

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

 
  • Try a different PD charger and USB-C cable to verify if the Capsule II is able to power on.
  • If no alternative charger and cable are available, try using the included ones with your other USB-C device to confirm if it will charge properly. 
  • When you turn on the projector, please try to press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to verify if the issue can be resolved.
