What Should I Do If My HDMI is unable to Recognized on my Projector?

If you are experiencing a recognition issue with your HDMI, here are some steps you can take:

1. Make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the projector and the device you are trying to connect to. Try using a different HDMI cable to see if the issue is with the cable.

2. Turn off both the projector and the device you are trying to connect, then turn them back on and try connecting again.

3. Check if there are any firmware updates available for your projector and update it if necessary.

4. If the issue persists, try connecting a different device to the projector using the same HDMI cable to see if the issue is with the projector or the original device.

If this issue persists, please contact us with a short video showing the issue if possible. Additionally, please mention that you have already tried the listed steps to avoid being asked to repeat them by our team
