Should I remove the protective films before using my Nebula X1 Pro?

Thank you for supporting our product.

Yes, please remove all protective films before your first use.
Leaving the films on may cause noise, distortion, or affect the performance of certain components.

Here’s what to check:

1.Speakers — All 4 speaks

Peel off the indicator films from all four speakers before use.

If the films are not removed, you may hear crackling or static noises during playback.

2.Control Panel / Top Storage Compartment

Peel off the indicator film on the top storage compartment lid before use.

If left on, it may interfere with Flexwave or block the microphone array’s ability to receive sound signals accurately.

3.Lens Area

Pull down the lens cap and remove the protective film covering the lens before turning on the projector.

This ensures a clear image and prevents overheating or focus issues.

All in all, before use, make sure all protective/indicator films on the speakers, top control panel, and lens area are fully removed to ensure optimal sound and image performance.

If the above solutions cannot solve your issue, please contact Nebula Customer Support at service@soundcore.com  for further assistance.
