How Do I Upload Logs for My Android TV Projector?

1. Download NEBULA Play.

2. Go to Tips > Log Report.

3. Turn on the Collect Log switch.

4. Recreate the issue on your projector, open the NEBULA Play app, go to Log Report, and click "Upload." After the upload is complete, contact customer support at support@nebula.com with your serial number and the exact time when the problem occurred. You can find your serial number by going to Settings > System > About > Status.
