How Can I Find the Firmware Version of the Projector?
For software-related issues, our customer representatives may ask you to provide the firmware version so they can quickly help you find a solution.
For a Nebula projector with an Android operating system (Capsule, Capsule Max, Apollo, Mars II, Mars II Pro, or Astro), you can find the firmware version by going to Settings > General > About > System Version.
For a Nebula projector with an Android TV operating system (Capsule 3 Laser, Capsule II, Prizm II Pro, Cosmos, Cosmos Max, Solar, Solar Portable, or Vega Portable), you can find the firmware version by going to Settings > Device Preferences > About > Firmware Version.
