Does the liquid‑cooling system require replacement or maintenance?

Thank you for supporting our product.

The Nebula X1 Pro uses a sealed liquid‑cooling loop design with high‑stability coolant fluid.

Under normal operation, the coolant has a theoretical service life of about 5 years (≈ 14,600 hours, assuming 8 hours of daily use).

Since it’s a closed and pressure‑balanced system, the fluid does not evaporate under regular use and high temperature — the loop remains stable over time.

After the warranty period, if the cooling system ever requires fluid replacement, we’ll offer a cost‑efficient paid service (covering labor and materials).

We’re committed to ensuring the X1 Pro’s liquid‑cooling system stays safe, reliable, and easy to maintain for many years.

According to internal reliability testing, its MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) reaches:

~5.36 years @ 60 °C

~5.41 years @ 55 °C

In real‑world conditions, the water temperature typically stays between 40–50 °C, meaning performance degradation is negligible for 2–5 years.

Even with heavy use (≈ 10 hours daily), the cooling capacity can easily last 6–8 years without noticeable loss.
